I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! Amy and Keith from Complete Cuba—who, between them, have visited Cuba an incredible 20 times over the past twelve years—have kindly invited me to join their upcoming program “In Support of the Cuban People with Complete Cuba.” This invitation is particularly special because I had the immense pleasure of traveling with the February 2025 Complete Cuba group, and you can find many of my travel photos in the gallery below. The dates for this trip are: Saturday, February 14, 2026 to Sunday, February 22, 2026.
The cost for the trip is $3950 double occupancy. Included in this incredible experience are airport transfers to/from Jose Marti International Airport in Havana, medical insurance, all local transportation, group activities, accommodations in Cuba (8 nights at Casa Particulares or Hotels), and nearly all meals (8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 5 dinners) off the usual tourist trail at the best paladares (small, privately run restaurants).

Our upcoming itinerary is a dream for anyone who loves culture, history, and photography. We’ll begin in the breathtaking landscapes of Viñales, where we will spend four nights. This region, with its dramatic limestone cliffs and lush tobacco fields, offers a completely different side of Cuba. From there, we will travel to the vibrant, timeless city of Havana for four nights. This will give us ample time to get lost in its colorful streets, feel the energy of its people, and explore its rich colonial past. We’ll also take a day trip to the charming fishing village of Cojímar and visit Finca Vigía, Ernest Hemingway’s former home.
