Returns
- Each order is custom printed. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
PO Box Addresses
- Please provide a physical address to ship your order via UPS. If you require an alternate shipping method, don’t hesitate to contact us at gino@leicaphotoworkshops.com.
Shipping Damage
- If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with your order number for further instructions. If possible, please include a photo showing the problem with the product and the shipping packaging. We will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible.
Continental US Shipping
- The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
- Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of your print.
- Please get in touch with us if you are ordering outside the Continental US.
International Shipping
- LP Workshops is not responsible for duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or individual country import rules and regulations. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
